Distribution and Host plants: |
- Mainland Papua New Guinea (less common in the Highlands than at low elevations), Australia (Torres Strait Islands only),
Indonesia (Irian Jaya, Sulawesi).
- Attacks 13 species of edible fruits in 11 genera and 10 families in PNG. It has been regularly bred from guava and
Syzygium spp.
